Mixing

Mixing services are offered for your multi-track project. 

Whether it was recorded in the studio or just a project you'd like mixed, get in touch and we can work out a price based on the project size and work involved. Every mixing project is different, so it's a lot more difficult to get an estimation without knowing the project length, size, where it was recorded (home studio, professional studio, etc), if the project was done live, if there a need for re-amping, a deadline for its completion, etc.

In-House Package Deal
Though we're willing to record or mix or master any songs sent to us, we love when we can do it all in-house. To encourage this and to see the whole recording process from conception to completion, we offer a 50% discount (some conditions may apply) on mixing rates and complementary mastering service if the entire project is recorded here at The Warren. 

Manual Drum Track Alignment
In addition to standard mixing, we offer manual drum track alignment. There are plug-ins that will automatically quantify all drum hits, but this often leads to some awkward and sometimes unnatural-feeling moments. Our assistant/resident drum tech will manually align every quarter, eighth, and/or sixteenth note of every song at a rate of $50 per half hour of music ($50 minimum) for music recorded to a metronome and $75 per half hour of music ($75 minimum) for music not recorded to a metronome (subject to rejection if it's unsalvageable).
